Perth International Burlesque Festival is on very soon!! The excitement is building, awaiting arrival of the guest performers to  our Perth shores.

Vintage Glamour Workshops are Full-day vintage style workshop and glamour photographic shoot,
brought to you by Sugar Blue Burlesque and David Woolley Photography.

Sunday May 6th workshop has a 50s Housewife Pinup theme, meaning there will be some sets, props and accessories available to create this cheeky and sexy look!
You will also get professional posing tips and advice from David Woolley, who guarantees that he can make every woman look like a Vintage pin up!
Recommended clothing: Lingerie, 50's Dresses, Aprons.

Included in the package is one free 8" x 12" (Valued at $100) print of your choice from your photo shoot, and you will be able to purchase further prints from David Woolley at a 50% discount. Prints are only  $30.00 for 6" x 4" ,  7 " x 5" are $40.00,  and 8" x 12" are $50.00 after the discount - that's amazing!

Black Market Cabaret brings you entertainment from the dark corners of town. This a show that brings you a variety of burlesque and cabaret performers from Sugar Blue and the greater performing arts community.

A'dora Derriere

Director of Sugar Blue Burlesque, A'dora has been living and performing in both Europe and Australia in 2011. She is in Perth for a short amount of time, in which she is co-producing the Perth International Burlesque Festival and she will entertain you with her gorgeous,  sexy acts (and of course her Derriere)! Internationally acclaimed, A'dora has performed all over the world, including Paris, London, Switzerland, Belgium, Montreal & New York.

Ruby DeLure is a spot light lovin’ Broadway Baby. She dreams of the day when her name will be in lights on 42nd St, for now she’ll just high kick her way through life until she gets there.
In her spare time she loves nothing more then to bake cupcakes and ride her Bicycle.

This red hot beauty is ready to show the world what she’s got and with influences such as Liza Minnelli, Bernadette Peters and Gypsy Rose Lee she has much to offer.

Ash Baroque

Queen of subversion, and master of Avant theatre, performance artist Ash Baroque brings a dark humour to all he touches with a melting satire of Vaudevillian proportions. A variety hall pioneer and dancing poet, Baroque is a personality disorder of archetypal calamity. Cabaret Baby Janes, twisted burlesque and old cinema heroines play out wildly funny dramatics to
tickle you in your most private of places. Adding Glastonbury, Fringe World 2011 and reigning "Madame Devilles" to a growing list of performance spaces, the Provocateur of Humour Noir has many faces you’ll never forget.
 

Caroline J Dale

Hailing from a distant planet, Baby Blue travelled to Earth on a quest for transcendence only to discover it in the form of Dolly Parton. Armed with a shimmering white Gretsch guitar and silver singin' pipes, this intergalactic cowgirl will tame your lonesome blues with songs drawn from the kitsch glamour of the Grand Ole Opry and the mythology of the Wild West!

Rose Noir

Sweet as spun sugar and hot as chilli spice, Mademoiselle Rose Noir is equal and delicious measures cheesecake pinup and femme fatale. Blossoming onto the burlesque scene in 2010, this dangerous little lady is now in full bloom. She'll lure you in with her guileless smile and have you caught in her perfumed web before you have time to sigh. Gentle ladies and not so gentle men, after tonight's performance, the question on everyone's lips will be: who is Rose Noir?

Sugar Blue Burlesque proudly presents a Burlesque Graduation Show at the end of each of our Burlesque courses. Come down and catch our burlesque academy's latest graduates in all their glitter (and glory)!

See Perth's glamorous new Queens of Tease as they brave the stage for their burlesque debut from the Solo Burlesque performer course 1, Burlesque Beginner's dance course, Chair Dancing & Fan Dancing Course plus guest performances by the Sugar Blue Burlesque artistes.

Perth International Burlesque Festival

The Perth International Burlesque Festival tickets are officially on sale. Early bird discounted tickets will finish on the 15th March 2012. This will give you a $5 discount on all show tickets, excluding the Festival Pass and The Festival Party on Friday 25th May at the Bakery.
