Sugar Blue's Burlesque Academy schedule has just been changed to include two new fantastic courses!
The Intro to Burlesque course and the Bellydance for Burlesque course will be replaced with the following 6 week short courses!

Chair Fever with Foxy La Femme

Jump into the hot seat and experience a fun and sassy burlesque class that will have you looking at your household chairs in a whole new light.
During this course you will get to learn a whole range of different dance styles that will not only make you feel like a sexy burlesquette but stretch your flexibility and give you a fab abdominal workout.

Miss Foxy La Femme will guide you through a series of  jazzy routines mixed with styles from Kitsch caberet of European theatre  to the more modern and sexy moves of a burlesque pussy cat doll.
Each week you will get to learn a different style on the chair and also learn  one incredibly smoking hot group choreography of which you may have the opportunity of perform a Sugar Blue graduation show. ( only if you want to)
Plus you get the chance to design and decorate your very own chair especially to match your own caberet character.

Latin Dancing for Burlesque with Coco Poppin

Coco Poppin has had years of experience dancing, teaching and performing various Latin dance styles, and she just loves vintage Latin dance! Coco will guide you through basic steps and rhythms, styling and body movement, crazy steps for performances, sexy show stopper moves, the 'Latin look' and fashion tips, and of course, putting a little Latino into your burlesque! You'll venture into many styles including merengue, mambo, cha-cha, tango and flamenco!

You will learn a Latin-style burlesque routine over the 6 week course that you will have the opportunity to perform in a group at a Sugar Blue graduation show! So put on your dancing shoes and let your hips do the talking!
